LISBON AMD OPORTO FLOODED.
IMMENSE DAMAGE DONE.
Per Press Association— Copyright. (Received December 22, 10.30 a.m.) LISBON, December 21. Owing to rainstorms and cyclones, the Tagus and other rivers are flooding the lower parts of Lisbon. Oporto arid other places are inundated. Thousands of cattle have been drowned, and the railways are stopped. Gunboats are patrolling the coast to assist m case of wrecks. ' ______
