Per Press Association —Copyright. (Received December 22, 8.5 a.m.) ATHENS, December 21. One Cretan deputy surreptitiously reached Athens and re-shipped to Crete. Meanwhile there is a. hubbub m Crete over the action of the French cruiser m stopping the Greek steamer with Cretan deputies aboard. Colonel Lapathiotis, for instigating a movement m the Cretan interest, has been banished to Corfu, and sentenced to two months' imprisonment.
