The Central Markets Committee re ported to the Court of Commo Council m favour of submitting plan and estimates for the corporation col stores at Smithfield. The report which is the result of pressure brough to bear by New Zealand exporters, wa adopted. ■ During the discussion some speaker suggested the desirableness of the Cor poration acquiring the private col stores m the neighbourhood of Smith field.
