SUBURBAN LAND SALE.
Messrs Friedlattdef Brothers, Limited, conducted a. sale of suburban property at their West street sale rooms oil . account of Mr and Mrs D. F. Knight. Tho property, which is situated near the Woollen Mills, comprises an up-to-date dwelling and 2J acres of land, and 15^ acres of buildr ing sites, the quality of the land being fairly good.. Tllefe was only a moderate attendance, and the auctioneer was unsuccessful in placing any of the property, which was withdrawn.
