COLONIAL NAVAL ARRANGEMENTS.
SYDNEY, October.!. The Telegraph states that Sit »Toseph "Ward's exposition of the hew naval arrangement shows that he has courageously'; followed the lines .of an Empire naval policy. Referring to Australia's locally controlled force, the paper says: "A nice figure any such Tittle squadron would cut against any Power that could break through the British Navy."
