Mr Cutten, S.if.; replying to defendant's solicitor, expressed the opinion that the defendant; being: a wholesale wine merchant, was .entitled to have a large quantity of wine on his premises, but declined to make an order for the return of a quantity of liquor seized by the police. Notice of appeal was given.
