Per Press Association.—Copyright. Received September 29, 8.25 a.m. CAPETOWN, September 28. The Court of Enquiry- finds that the Uinhlali was lost through gross negligence, and suspended the captain's and chief officer's certificates for one- year, and reprimanded thp_third officer.
