CONFERENCE OF DELEGATES. WANGANUI, June 21. A conference of delegates from Hockey Associations throughout New Zealand commenced to-night. Officers were elected as follows: Patron, Dr Newman (Wellington); president, the Rev. H. Mathias (Canterbury); vicepresidents, Messrs Robinson (Invercargill), Saunders: (Christchurch), Fookes UNew Plymouth), Warden (Palmerston North), McKenzie (Levin), Pavitt( Gisborne), Madden (Auckland), Organ (Wellington), King (Hawke's Bay), Wake (Hokitika), Poison (Christchurch, Dee (Nelson), Willis (Wangaj nui), and Harvey (Blenheim); treasur|er, Mr J. W. Simes (Christchurch); secretary, Mr W. Johnson (Christchurch) ;. auditors, Messrs Ellvett and j Burgess (Christchurch). It was decided to make Christchurch the headquarters.
