ACCIDENTS AND DEATHS.
Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, June 20. At the inquest on the boy Edward Dillon, whose body was recovered from the harbour, circumstances pointed to suicide, and Vi a verdict was returned that he met his death by jumping into the Water while temporarily insane. He had been subject to fits. CHRISTCHURCH, June 21. A young woman named Jane Thomas, living with her sister m Kilmoro street, was found dead m bed this morning. A medical man had been m attendance. Lung trouble is said to have been the cause of death. DUNEDIN, June 20. Human remains were found on the I Tomahawk beach, four miles from Dunedin, on Saturday night. The limbs are missing, and very little flesh adheres to the bones. A doctor, who examined the body, expresses the opinion that it js that "of a woman about thirty years of ago. It.is possible that the remains are those of Miss Meade, of South Dunedin, who. disappeared m that locality last July, some of her clothing being found on the hill.
