SUICIDE FROM WORRY.
DUNEDIN, June 18. beorge Grant, a farmer of Wiekliffe Hay, disappeared yesterday. His coat and hat were found oh the beach about a mile from his home. Search was made for him at once, and was continued to-day, without result, brant is about thirty-five years of age and has a wife and" two or three children He is saul to have been worried, ot late about financial matters.

A pair of slippers he was wearing were found about Mty yards down the street. This morning the body of the boy was found floating in the harbour. n CBMSTCHURCH, June 19. Un Monday a serious accident happened to S. funeston, an employee on the flat road at The Gap, Davauchelle's. A large mass of clay fell on him, crushVi S £ nrLseverely.
