The Bengal Government has instructed the Commissioner of Burdwar, while enquiring into the conduct of all cqn» cerned m the Midnaur prosecution, to note everything throwing light upon the existence of a conspiracy against the Government and. on the persons involved, whether recently tried or not. The indications are that the Government does not accept the High Court's recent judgment as implying that no conspiracy existed.
