Per Press Association. '; , BLENHEIM, June 17. i ,Mr Robert McNab delivered an addressT on universal military training last night before a crowded J nd enthusiastic audience. At the .conclusion, the ; following resolution was proposed by Mr 11. F. Goulter, the president of the Blenheim Branch of the National Defence League, and carried by acclamation: "That, in the opinion of this meeting, no system of defence is satisfactory which is not based on universal, military training; and this "meeting agrees to support any measure to be put forward for the carryingl out of the same."
