Association. .- ' SYDNEY, June 16. xThe Underwriters' Association has ieen advised of the wreck of the SjYench barque Turgon, bound from Hull to Australia, at Cape Verde, and of the German ship Herzogin Cecilie, which left Port Augusta for the English Channel on March 17 with a large cargo of wheat. The Herzogin* is reported to be a total wreck.
