TRIANGULAR MATCHES.
LONDON, June 16. A meeting of the cricket representatives of England, Australia, and South Africa took place at Lords. It was resolved at the instance of Mr Hillyard, seconded by Mr Poidevin, to approve of the principal of triangular , contests, and it was also unanimously decided to add the following rider : In view of the arrangements for England to visit South Africa in 1909-1910, and South Africa to visit Australia in 1910r 1911, an effort be made to have the first triangular matches played in England in 1912, subject to South Africa waiving hpr claim to come alone iii 1912, and ,in order to further this object, England pledges itself to . visit Australia in 1911-1912.
