In reference to the objebtion. regard-: ing-theiv status of one of the "Highi School players (McCallurii)/ itrwas"'de-' cided to inform the: Convent school team that the rules were being complied with. It was resolved to'suggest June 30 as the date for the inter-Union fixture,' Ellesmere v. Ashburtqn, at Leestpn. The secretary was instructed to enquire concerning the status of a Ralcaia senior player, who took part in last week's match against Rakaia. The Ashburton Faotball .Club was granted permission to play, in the remaining senior matches, W. and G. McKenzie, H. Smith and G. Smythe.
