.LVV'KRCARGILL, Juno 14. The Nigjucaps Coal Company, while endeavouring to make a market in Dunodin, found itself face to faco with something in the nature of a combine in tho shape of the Otago Coal Owners' Association, who refused to allow Dunodin merchants to buy and sell Nightcaps coal at not less than 24s* a ton. It is stated that the matter will be ventilated and brought before the' Legislature.
