"THE WOMAN PAYS.
"The Woman Pays" will be presented for approval to-morrow evening at the Oddfellows' Hall, by the'wellknown Geach-Marlow company. The play is said to be a drama that holds the audience from rise to fall of curtain, and contains many exciting and sensational episodes. The scenery will be on a very elaborate scale, and will include "Langford Spinney," "Deck of the Dolphin." "The shipwreck," "The cottage hospii.nl" and "The sensational wedding.'' The membership .of the company includes Miss Ethel Buckley, of whom the Dunedin Star of June 1 said: "This young actress has a genuine gift for comedy, a . nice sense of humour, and a compelling personal method. Sho quite captured the hearts of the audience by her clever impersonation, and brought down the house." Mr Robert Inman, the leading mau, is an actor of exceptional merit, and the company also includes Messrs. Albert Lucas, J. P. O'Neill, Kenneth Hunter, Stanley Robinson, Harr" Norman, Thos, Curran; Misses Pattio Gourlay, Madge Rogers, Brenda Burton, Maud Appleton, Leal Douglas, Matid Anvrin arid others. The box plan is now on view at H. M. Jones's.
