A WORKER'S VIEW.
' To the Editor: Sir-^-As some fanners have been commenting to you on the faults of the farm hand, I would like to point out to you the reason men don t Wee tne country. Twenty-five shillings- ftnd found! It'« the "and found" I wish to complain of. The man pays Mr Registry Office, pays the railway fare, finds his own blankets and pillow, soap and candles. When he arrives he finds two bags sewn together, about fifteen inches wide for a bed. He keeps his whare clean and lights his own fire. In some places there is no fireplace, and m many places the food is anything but goocT—beef, pork, cheese and cabbage you never stfe\ His treatment should be the same as he\ gets ma working man's boarding house; his comfort the Same as men receive m towns. As to incompetency, the farmer ! beats him! WORKER,
