Mr J. Allen gave notice to move at the next meeting that a rate of 5-16 th of a penny m the £ be struck on the rateable value of all property m the Wakanui Road district. It was resolved to tussock a portion of Christie's road, tenders to be put m by the 19th inst. After authorising a number of small works, and passing accounts, amounting to £94 9s lid the Board rose.
