< To the .Editor. Sir, —I am pleased to see, through the medium of your valuable" paper, a complaint from a resident m Cox street about the dog nuisance. I have illness m my house and not a day or night passes, but the dogs are continually round the house barking and fighting. At midnight only two nights ago a dog stood under a bedroom window and howled for a considerable time. The' howling was such tha-t my children became quite alarmed,; and it was then my intention, if it occurred ■; again, to complain to the police, and surely the constable living m the same street cannot be deaf to these dog n&ises.
