To the Editor*. Sir, —The dog nuisance has. again broken out m Cox street; It is quite time that some one objected to daily and nightly disturbances. During the clay no. one £atl pass pn foot, .bicycle, or vehicle without being, worried and chased by a dog hot much larger^, than a good-sized,jiair, only wearing : a different coat.. This animal, though small, creates the most profound nuisance m ' the. locality. . . . ... There, are continual dog,fights, barking and growling, from, morning till night, and from night till morning. It has become quite .a. nuisance m the locality. A constable living near by seems to turn his head the other way. If it was only for decency's sake, this nuisance should not be allowed. A resident;
