SUPREME COURT.
Per Press Association. TIMARU, June 4. 'The Supreme Conrt resumed this morninc, uhen Thomas Cox (19) and Henry Cox (21), brothers were convicted of v'asbanlt and robbery. The accused had met their victim m the afternoon, had di unk with him all day. and at night had led him to a lonely place, w here' they robbed him. Mr Justice Donniston' sentenced both to twelve, months' imprisonment.
