ST. PETERSBURG, March 1. Servia has informed Russia that she has no aggressive intentions, and is : prepared to" leave the interests of Sjer- ; via to the judgment of the Powers. TRANSPORT OF EXPLOSIVES. , The Porte has informed Servia that the transport ■of explosives through Turkish territory is now prohibited.
