THE MILITARY PROPOSALS.
LONDON, February 27. Mr Haldaiu\ replying to Mr W. lledmond regarding the military proposals to the colonies, stated that MajorGeneral Jioad had expressed full concurrence, and he hoped, therefore, that the proposals would commend themselves to the Commonwealth Government.
