RECOVERY OF BODIES.

WELLINGTON, February 26. One of the bodies recovered on Tuesday from the wreck of the Penguin has been identified r.a that of Mr Charles Alexander, chief steward of the vessel. The body of James Collins, of Charleston, which was recovered on Tuesday, will bo taken to the Arahura to-morrow, to be convoyed to Westport. The funeral and burial will take place at Charleston. Yesterday afternoon another body was found on the beach near the Oterangi station. It was that of the seaman H'pndersoii, and had on a Union Company Jersey. The body was brought to town to-day by the Union Company's tug Terawhiti, which made a trip! to the scene of the wreck at 5 o'clock this morning.
