LONDON, February 26. Ihe bydney correspondent of the limes reports that it is considered that the Imperial Press Conference is unhkoly to have good results. The Australian delegates are mostly managers and proprietors of newspapers, not pressmen. .The majority are opnosed to cheaper cable rates, thereby misrepresenting Australian public opinion. ■ ' "
