OAMATtU, February 23. At the annual meeting of the Harbour Board this morning, Mr A, Milligan was re-elected chairman. In the annual report members were congratulated upon the increase of Ihe Board's trade. The income from all sources amounted to £23/215, the net wharf revenue being accountable for £G3SI
