Per Press Association. —Copyright. (deceived February 23, 9.35 a.m.) LONDON, February 22. Mr Bin-ell (Chief Secretary for Ireland), m reply to "Mr .J B.* Lonsdale (Conservative member for MidArmagh), said that 576 agrarian offences had boon committed m Ireland m the year 1898, and 372 m 1907.
