CYCLONE AND LOSS OF LIFE.

(Received February 22, 11.50 a.m.) SYDNEY, February 22. The crew of the' barque Jeoliotto, wrecked at New Caledonia during the cj'clone, has arrived. They state that the barque was lying at the wharf before the storm. She pulled out, but drifted back and bumped until she stove in and foundered, arid also seriously damaged the wharf. The crew in the meantime, alter hours in the ringing, clambered on to the wharf Th" small steamer Poro was totally wrecked, but the crew were, saved. The schooner Gabrielle, with about a dozen passengers, was missing, and was supposed to have been lost. Several other vessels were damaged, and a large track of country was devastated.
