DISASTER AT SEA.

(Received February 22, 11.50 a.m.) BUENOS AYRES, February 21. The steamer Presidente Roca, running between Argentina and Buenos Ayres, caught fire and had to be sunk. Twenty of those on board were drowned, and 350 saved.
