FIENDISH OUTRAGES.

Five "Ripper" outrages were committed m Berlin yesterday, when 50 persons were arrested on suspicion, but all were discharged. The police suggest that women and children carry parcels of Hour to throw at assailants for the purpose of helping m their recognition. They describe i-he outrages to a giyig of criminals, acting for sport, m mockery of the authorities.
