In tho Arbitration Court to-day'Mr Justice Sini delivered an interpretation of the butchers' award as follows: — An employer may, if he pleases, env ploy a youth to do the work of a- journeyman, provided he pays him a! journeyman's wages. If a youth is thus employed, the employer is entitled to count him. as a. man m computing the proportion of boys to journeymen.,
