Albert Robert Musgrove and Albert Thompson, stock dealers, of Feildiug, i were tried at the Supreme Court to-' day for breaches of the Bankruptcy Act, the most serious of which was obtaining credit by false balance-sheets. Musgrove was found guilty of not keeping proper books, incurring debts without .cciitioiiablu greimds of expectation of being able co pay the same and rash speculation; Thompson of failing bo keep proper books. Both were acquitted on the more serious charges.
