To the Editor. Sir, —I saw in your report that by resolution Mr G. L. Sandrey, the chairman of t'hp Hampstead Town Board, was to arrange to call a public meeting to consider the question or hignpressure water supply. A week has passed ,and I have heard nothing or ..the meeting. Why does he delay? Is trip matter being shelved? EXPECTANT RATEPAYER.
