TROUBLE AT BELFAST.
(Received July 31, 8.36 a.m.) LONDON, July 30. Five hundred Belfast dock workers and 1000 carters struck for higher wages. Non-unionists from Liverpool replaced the dockers. Owing to unrest and intimidation at'Belfast, troops are assisting in preserving order. The discontented police have temporarily resumed duty, though the leaders threaten-to call out 95 per cent,, unless their grievances are redressed.
