DISBANDING THE KOREAN ARMY
SEOUL, July 29 Marquis Ito is gradually disbanding the Korean army, and substituting an equal number of Japanese.

SEOUL, July 29 The Marquis Ito is regenerating the tribunals of justice in Korea. He denied that Japan is annexing Korea. She was formerly adviser, but is now directing. Japan, he adds, is proceeding slowly, though steadily.
