The Fisher Charges.
Wellington, August 24 Tho Correspondent of the Christchurch " Star " says :— The Auditor-General's inquiry into Mr Fisher's charges has been concluded. Willi«, one of the signatories to Sir Fisher's affidavits, who was instructed to feiroh for the voucher, has concluded an unsuccessful search, and returns to Christchuroh to-day. No trace has been disoovered of a voucher, and the AuditorGeneral will report, probably to morrow, and if such voucher ever existed, ifc must havo been found under the system of inquiry adopted, Captain feddon thus being completely vindicated.
