Junß 1 The Supiß-r c Court this morning waa occupied with an alleged tnalicions prosecution case, lUO3O damages being claimed by Christopher Rutherford fiorn John McGregor, at whose instance plaintiff was arrested for theft of a horse. The plaintiff a young man, aged 22, was formerly m the employ of defendant, who lent him a horse.
