Two Strikes and a Disturbance.
St. Petbrsuubs, May 16 A general strike has occurred at Odessa, i and a partial strike at Saratoff. In a demonstration at Ufa, the crowd carried rod and black fiaga. The Chief of Police, without an escort, summoned them to disperse, and was fired at, whereupon the police charged. Fifty arrests were made, and fourteen revolvers and many daggera seized.
