Sydney, Feb. 1 The New Zealand Association has requested the President of the Australasian Union to secure,, if possible, Rowley or Barker, of New South Wales, to compete as sprints, and Sutton or Wheatley, of Victoria, for distance events at the Christchurch athletic meeting. Neither Rowley nor Barker ore" able to get away, but Wuimer, the 100 yds and 440 yds champion of New South Wales has been selected.
