The Report on the Aborigines.
Pbrth, Feb. 1 Dr. Both a report states that he obtained evidence showing the existence of % most brutal and outrageous condition of "affairs m regard to arrests of Aborigines. Children from ten to sixteen years of age, aad feeble old men are charged with killing cattle and made to plead guilty at the muzzle of the rifle if need be. Besides being half starved, they are hammered on the way to the townships. Tbe report strongly condemns the use of neok chains for native prisoners.

The Butter Commission,
The State Cabinet considered the report of the Butter Commission, and subsequently a written statement was handed to tho prass, expressing the opinion that the owners of the butter were justified m receiving the secret commissions paid to their agents. In default of payment they were now m a position to recover the commission.
