Received Deo. 30,8.50 a.m. A. large meeting of workers in St. Petersburg insisted on the necessity of stopping the war, and pr tested against the Czar's reference to the Zemsfcvoß' notion, characterising it «s insolent and tactless. All present stood silently in honour of the memory of Plehve's murderers.
