London, Dee. 29 Reuters Tokio corraspoudent reports that the Japanese dynamiting operations and the constructions of parallels against the eastern segment of the main enceinte are progressing. The besiegers' right wing oontinue9 heavy and effective shelling o? the new town. The preparations which are being made for a simultaneous attack on the eajife and west faces of the fortress in an endiavour to divide and weaken the defenders, are Hearing completion. Command r K»ndracheuko, of the 7th Siberian Rifle Division, was killed at Metre Hill; General Smiroff was wounded, and General Stoeasel (in command of the garrison), wis injured by a fall from hie horse.
