The match Otago v Wellington was begun to-day. Tho home team won the toss and elected ho bat on a good wicket. They made a splendid start, the telegraph showing 110 for one wicket. At lunch Siednberg was still in with 55 to his credit and Graham with 23. Austin after making 24 was caught by Waters.
On resuming; Graham was caught by Williams behind the wickets off Upham. 14-t-2-3<t."At 1(33 U&ham bowled Siedeberg, who was 2-J hours at the wickets compiling 83. Howden, the income-, was bowled by Uphatn next ball. Four for IG3.
