Wedding Bells.

On Boxing Day a pretty wedding was celebrated at Mount Somers at the residence of Mr and Mrs James Hrown, when their daughter Emily was united in matrimony to Mr E. H. Home, of Wellington. The Rev. B. J. Westbrooke, F.U.S., performed the fiorvice in a very impressive manner. The bride looked charming in a dress of white silk with a transparent yoke. She wore the orthodox veil and orange blossoms and curried a large shower bouquet. Miss C. Brown, the bridesmaid, was dressed in white silk, und the duties of be3t man were p rformed successfully by Mr T. Brown. After the ceremony the guests adjourned to a sumptuous wedding breakfast in a large ra*rqueo. The usual toasts were proposed and duly honoured and responded to. The prasents were numerous and were both useful and ornamental. The happy coupla left by traia on Tuesday morning to taire up their residence in Wellington.
