On MONDAY, the 2nd January (for New Year's Day), all Mails will close at 6.30 a.m. LETTER C4."PJERS.-There will be no delivery of Letters by Letter Carriers on MONDAY, 2nd January. TELEPHONE KXCHANGE. On NEW YEAR'S PAY ordinary h-uro of attendance will be observed (8 a.m. till 10 p.m.)
