Drowning Accident.
United Press Association — Electric Telegraph. L'HRTSTCHtTRCH, NOV. 29 Arthur Kimber, aged 21, and Sydney Lowe, aged 30, were drowned in the lower Selwyn last night while trout fishing. An old punt in which they were crossing the river swamped. Lowe sank immediately, but Kimber was heard c filing fur help for a few moments. . Before hc?lp could reach him, however, he hud sunk. When the latter's body was discovered, it was found he had kicked both of his wading boots off in his struggles,
