Auckland Nov 10 The Hospital Commission concluded its sitting of over thrco weeks to-day, when the charges of malpractice against Dr Collins, the medical superintendent of the Hospital and Dr farkes, Honorary Surgeon, in connection with an operation on a girl named Mclndoe were withdrawn by the relatives' representative. The evidence of Dr Savage,who made a microscopical examination of the parts removed from tie patient's- body, was that tho pn-tion we 8 diseased and the operation quite justifiable.
