Reports received from Moscow state tbafc Russian infantry have occupied the Seoul Pekin Road between Liao Kiang station (on the Liao River) and the Yalu River. The flanks are strongly supported on the right' at Tatungkow, near the mouth o£ the~sTalu r and on the left at Wrju..
Cossack scouts are ten miles east of Pingyang, the cavalry 35 miles to the north and the infantry 125 miles to the north west.
