The Westralian Railway Dispute, Mr James' Reply to British Critics.

The newspapers have published a reply by Mr James, Premier of Westralia, to statements made by the Midland Railway Company of Westralia, regarding the Railway Traffic Bill. The "Financial News " and " Pall Mall Gazette " comment adversely on the lettar. The " Financial News" says that the insistence by Mr James on the waste of money by the company gives stroDg colour co the suspicion that he is engaged in an organised endeavour to buy the railway at a bargain.
